Tabaki Freight Services International Limited performs all work at “OWNERS RISK” under Limited liability risk. The owner of the cargo is expected to take out appropriate insurance covers including Warehousing Risks and Goods in Transit Insurance covering all risks or assume the risk of loss if such insurance is not taken out.

Insurance

Tabaki Freight Services International Limited accepts no liability for loss or damage to goods handled hereunder, save to the extent covered under its Legal Liability insurance covers and even then, the owner of the cargo must establish Tabaki’s liability before Tabaki’s liability insurers can settle any claims.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MOVE IS CARRIED OUT AT OWNER’S RISK: If the goods are already insured you should notify your insurers of the move and you should also advise them of the new address. If you would like us to insure your effects we shall require a detailed inventory one week prior to the move.

The Premium is 1.50% of the sum insured, Minimum Ksh 5,000.00 with an excess of 5% of each and every claim, Minimum Ksh 20,000.00.
